My nightmare occurred on a Friday late afternoon when half of the power went out in my house. Luckily someone answered at R+D electrical. Ray arrived shortly after my call and was immediately able to tell me what the issue was. Ray assisted me in contacting National Grid to report the issue. A damaged underground wire was causing my power outage. Ray returned on a Sunday with Ryan to start the process of resolving my issue. A new underground wire was placed. My Meter Can replaced and a new electric service done. Ray did amazing work! Very personable and answered all my questions. I immediately knew I was in good hands. We chose R&D Electrical based on the glowing reviews, and we could not be more pleased! Matt R. arrived on time and worked diligently to get the job done despite having to go into the very hot attic crawl space to remove the old exhaust fan and replace it. He made every effort to retain the sheetrock around the unit, installed the new fan and light, and cleaned up the dust and debris when he was done. We highly recommend Matt and R&D Electrical.
